The Kisaragi Academy students, separated and trapped in Heavenly Host Elementary School, begin to piece together the horrifying history of the building. They discover that the school was the site of a tragic event where teacher Yoshikazu Yanagihori allegedly killed four children, and their spirits now haunt the school. Naomi, tormented by the loss of Seiko, searches for her and finds her hanged in a bathroom.
